Payment methods:

The hotel accepts payments in Cash (LVL), credit cards (VISA, MC/EC) or debit cards (VISA Electron, Maestro).
It is also possible to request an invoice, and pay by bank transfer before arrival.

Booking conditions:

Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 12:00 a.m. 24 hours before arrival.
Reservations should be guaranteed by credit card or pre-payment. We require - card type, number and expiry date -or- proof of bank transfer.
Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled without any charge until 12:00 a.m. 24 hours before arrival.
In case of no-show or a late cancellation you will be charged the room rate for the first night for all reserved rooms.

If your reservation is not guaranteed by credit card or pre-payment at least 24 hours before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation without warning.


NON-REFUNDABLE Rate Terms & Conditions

Payment terms:

FULL PAYMENT is required 24 hours after booking and total amount of stay is NON REFUNDABLE. When making your booking you should quote the credit card number from which payment is to be taken. Your credit card will be charged 24 hours after booking in the hotel's local currency for the total amount quoted for the entire stay as reserved and refunds or credits are not issued. This charge is not refundable in the event of a need to cancel or reduce the length of stay. Charges can not be applied to other stays, services or merchandise.

Prices and hotel availability are guaranteed until full payment is received. Please note that at any time even after full payment has been received, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation. In the event that your card proves to be invalid or is declined, we will contact you to seek alternative card details. In the event that we are unable to contact you for any reason, we reserves the right to release the room if it is unable to charge for your stay.

The following cards are accepted for payment: Visa and MasterCard.

Deposit policy:

The total price of the reservation will be charged 24 hours after booking and is non-refundable.

Confirmation:

We will send you confirmation by email once payment has been authorized. Please check that all the details agree with what you have booked!

Cancellation:

NON REFUNDABLE. Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Reservations can be modified:

Should you need to amend your dates, this is allowed up to 2 days prior to arrival, subject to availability of the room type and rate reserved. You can change date one time. Date change period is 30 days from first booking time. We will advise you if a date change is possible but at a higher rate. Any change of dates is subject to an administration charge of 5,00 Ls / 7,00 Eur. Non availability of your preferred change of dates will not lead to a refund of payment made.
